• The dish provided for the challenge is the Malaysian Curry Laksa with added spice, priced at £12.95. This dish can be made pescatarian upon request, and the sambal sauce still contains shrimp paste.

• Completing the challenge entitles the participant to have the value of that dish (£12.95) removed from their bill. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed against any other dish, drink, service, or credit.

• To win, the participant must fully finish the entire portion of the Super Spicy Laksa exactly as served. This includes broth, noodles, toppings, vegetables, proteins, and any side elements that come in the bowl.

• To win, the participant must fully finish the entire portion of the Super Spicy Laksa exactly as served within 15 minutes. This includes broth, noodles, toppings, vegetables, proteins, and any side elements that come in the bowl. The dish must be eaten in one continuous sitting at the table. No breaks longer than five minutes.

• The participant cannot share the dish with anyone else, hand food to another person, tip it out, hide any of it, or attempt to dispose of any part of the portion. The bowl must be left empty in good faith.

• The participant confirms that they understand the dish is extremely spicy and may cause discomfort such as sweating, tears, coughing, or temporary loss of dignity.

• The participant accepts full responsibility for taking part. This includes any reactions or side effects from consuming a highly spicy dish.

• The participant confirms they do not have any medical conditions, allergies, intolerances, or health concerns that could be affected by consuming extremely spicy food.

• Zan Asian is not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or discomfort resulting from the participant’s decision to take part in the challenge.

• Staff reserve the right to stop the challenge at any time if a participant appears unwell or attempts to cheat.

• Participants must be over 16.

• By signing the waiver provided, the participant confirms they are taking part voluntarily and at their own risk.
